Your records are stored privately only while the review is open. Save your report before finishing. Acceptance starts deletion of uploaded files, extracted data, questions, working copies and reports. Unfinished work expires within 30 days. Your sign-in email and minimal payment/order receipts are separate. Use Your data to inspect, download or delete remaining review contents. This review is not an audit or a guarantee of recovered money.
Service providers: Paystack for payments; Supabase for sign-in, private files and reports; OpenAI for processing selected record facts and clarification questions. Original source files are not sent to OpenAI by this integration. Selected facts and clarification questions may still contain personal information; row references are not a guarantee of anonymity. Providers may retain payment or processing records under their own disclosed policies.
Your sign-in account stays until you request deletion. Finishing removes review record contents and reports. Minimal payment/order receipts and processing totals are separate and expire under their original schedule. Use Your data or contact support to check remaining information.

How will you send your records?
Use the CSV template. Replace the example with your own records. Keep names, emails, phone numbers and bank details out of the file. This check runs on your device; nothing is uploaded yet.
How to fill the template
Use dates as YYYY-MM-DD and amounts as plain numbers with a decimal point, without currency symbols or thousands separators. Use one row per record and one currency throughout. Keep unknown amounts blank; use 0 only when you know it is zero. Dates in event_date must fall within the selected period. record_id must be unique and use letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens.
expected_amount = agreed amount; charged_amount = amount billed; paid_amount = payments received; due_date = payment or renewal date; next_action_date = next follow-up. Use a consistent tax basis for all amounts. Leave unrelated fields blank.
Use the area column to label each row with one selected area below. Keep record_id unique across the whole file.
Completed work, agreed amounts and amounts billed.
Allowed status values: completed, cancelled
